Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to promote Maya Home Textile products.
    • Manage and optimize marketing activities across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and email marketing platforms.
    • Conduct SEO strategies to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management:
    • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, product descriptions) for the website and social media platforms.
    • Manage the company’s social media accounts, scheduling posts, running paid promotions, and increasing follower engagement.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers to ensure product visuals align with brand identity.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer preferences.
    • Analyze key metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare reports to guide marketing decisions.
    • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance products and customer experience.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute seasonal sales campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and special promotions.
    • Manage the email marketing strategy, including newsletters, promotional offers, and abandoned cart recovery campaigns.
  • Budget & Performance Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment.
    • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign and suggest improvements based on performance data.

Person specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, online customer behavior, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Per hour rate               : £18.75

Hours per week           : 40

Gross annual pay       : £39,000.00
